Answer:

The pie chart shows the percentage of teachers’ opinions (opinion can’t have a percentage) percentage of teachers who have different opinions on the usage of smart devices during in classrooms and the bar chart compares five different ways how to the ways in which students use electronic devices during a lecture.

Overall, almost a half of teachers, 45%, has have a negative idea on how pupils manage their devices during a lesson. However, a significant proportion of students take benefit from their own mobiles and tablets by have browsing and sharing information online (I guess the most important information is taking pictures and recording.).

With regards to the pie chart, roughly (an exact number is given) a quarter of tutors, 25% has have a different perspective (OTHER means that they do not have any opinion) on the use of smartphones in the classroom, followed by those whose have a positive opinion and then a small proportion about 10% hold both views. The least percentage of teachers have a mix opinion. (The underlined are main features. do not miss them.)

Nonetheless, a large portion of students find extremely helpful the use of laptops and mobiles. Nearly a third, 35% of students (must write: a third of …, or 35 percent of ….) use their devices to take pictures and recording record lessons (parallelism: take and record are parallel. Alternately, use two prepositions: to take pictures and for recording lessons.) for post assignments, followed by those who upload class-related materials and those who share information with friends and teachers. A small minority, the 5%, smallest percentage of students use smart devices for other purposes. (smallest = main feature.)

To sum up, the students should prove themselves to their teachers that they use smart devices in a intelligent way to become more  knowledgeable. (Oops! Do not use your subjectivity in task 1. Do not give your opinion. Stay objective.)
