The two charts present information about the production of potatoes in major regions of the world during 1993 and 2003.

Overall, the European Union‘s and China had the large production in 1993 and 2003 respectively. China was taken the second position in 2003. (this is not the place for overall) India had the least products production in 1993, however United States got that place in the next decade. (These two sentences can be combined in a single sentence using a WHILE construction. While X, Y and Z: Overall, while the European Union and China had the largest production in 1993 and 2003 respectively, India was the smallest producer in 1993 and United States occupied that place in 2003.)

In 1993, while the European Union the potatoes grew 29 percent, the production for China suddenly fallen by half percent while the European Union was the largest producer of potatoes, China was the second largest producer (China produced only half as much.). The Russian Federation produced potatoes 11 percent of world’s potatoes (The Russian Federation had an 11 percent global share.). The India and United States witnessed the least production by of 8 percent (this is not least) and 6 percent and all other religions produced 30 percent. (Three sentences. Sentence 1 = Maximum, Sentence 2 = Others, Sentence 3 = Minimum.)

In 2003, the China, with 22 percent global production, had got first position in producing potatoes by 22 percent and the European Union fell 9 percent (EU didn’t fall.). The Russian Federation produced 2% lesser than in 1993. While India rose by 2 percent (India didn’t rise), the United States fell by 2% grew. All other religions potatoes production increased by 3%.
