Using leadership concepts learned during the course, write a paper about an organization of your choice (for-profit or not-for-profit, preferably one located in your locale (Phoenix, AZ) that failed to change within its industry environment or did not anticipate change.
Explain the situation as it existed that led to the crisis, describe the culture of the organization, the quality of enterprise’s leadership, how the organization’s leader/s reacted (or didn’t react) to the changes in the environment, what process or event led to the decline or failure of the enterprise (or organization) and explain what the entity’s leadership could have done differently to prevent failure.
Support your paper with minimum of three (3) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
