Employee Dissatisfaction
The employees were also demotivated and feel boredom and monotonous in their work. According toemployees’ survey, it stated that employee felt disconnected from the consequences of their work. A few also complained about ongoing conflict with people in other department and the stress of servingdissatisfied. After salary adjustment, some employee was overheard that they like to work elsewhere but could not afford to leave the company.

Productivity and quality of customer service

Customer’s complaints regarding poor quality service continue to increase with growth of Yakka Tech’scustomer service business that has nearly doubled over the past five years. There has been commentsfrom the customers stating that employees seems indifferent to their problem, slow response to problemwhenever the issue requires the involvement of more than one department. Clients had to continuallyeducate the customer service employee on the details of their unique IT systems infrastructure. Other thanthat, employees have been careless in solving client problems and due to interdepartmental conflictemployee did not bother to forward tickets that should have been assigned to another department.
