Clients had to continuallyeducate the customer service employee on the details of their unique IT systems infrastructure. Other thanthat, employees have been careless in solving client problems and due to interdepartmental conflictemployee did not bother to forward tickets that should have been assigned to another department. Employee turnoverIncreased number of employees’ turnover that lead to increased of labour costs due to the cost of recruitingnew technical staff and the lower productivity of new employees which also caused effect to company’srevenue. Other than that, employee referrals have become rare events, whereas at one time represents asignificant source of qualified job applicants.
