You are a newspaper reporter for a British newspaper in 1936. You have just witnessed Orwell shooting the elephant, and your editor has asked you to write a newspaper article recounting the events. In writing your article, be sure to use your own words. If you quote Orwell, you need to make that clear by putting his words inside quotation marks. Make sure to keep your account objective and factual—you are writing a fact-based article, not an editorial
