This discussion is focused on which middle range theory would have the most impact on you. As advance practice nurses it is important to use all resources, including
theories, to increase your skills and knowledge. Theories can also be a useful tool when evaluating a neededchange within your practice setting. Think of your co-
workers either past or present (make up a group if need be). Is there a middle range theory you think would have a positive impact in their individual practices if it
