Write a business plan for a business of your choice that you would like to start in the future. The business idea needs to be completely new. You can’t base your
business plan on any existing business.
In addition to cover page and table of contents, your business plan should have the following sections:

Section I: Executive Summary

Section II: Business Description
Industry background, goals and potentials of the business, key features of the business and its uniqueness, location, proximity to supplies, access to transportation

Section III: Strategic Analysis of Business Idea
Feasibility analysis (financial, social, environmental, organizational); Value chain and SWOT; sources of competitive advantage and sustainability. Example for social
feasibility, you might have to focus on whether your business is socially feasible? How is it contributing to the community or is it addressing a problem? Creating any
jobs etc?

Section IV: Sustainable development measures of performance
• Plan to deal with emissions, greenhouse gas reduction goals, carbon footprint measure
• Statement on sustainability
Section V: Management
Supply all key people in the management of your venture, how much everyone is to be compensated

Section VI: Financial Aspects
Source of finance, budget plan, cash flow, break even analysis, stages of financing purposes

Section VII: Milestone schedule
Provide a timetable or chart (Gantt Chart) to demonstrate when each phase of the business venture is to be completed. This must show the relationship of events and
provides deadlines for accomplishment.

Section VIII: Critical Risks
Potential problems, obstacles and risks, environmental risk, alternative course of action
