Order Description

 

Draw on your experience and existing literature to develop a critical perspective on the way in which the trajectories of change programmes emerge and evolve. Drawing
on concepts from this module, write a paper that:
i) critically analyses the trajectory of a specific project or transformational change program that you have been (or currently are) involved in;

ii) reflects on whether (and if so, how) things could have been done differently in order to achieve more desirable outcomes;

iii) discusses what can be learnt from the experience going forward.

The paper should be written with reference to the existing literature dealing with this type of change process. In your critical analysis, you will be expected to
address the evolution and impact of the change project/program itself and the usefulness of various models/frameworks/concepts in this type of exercise.
