2. Write a report of your findings, including the following:
A-The purpose of the questionnaire (research question).
B-The results of your questionnaire, including at least 1 type of descriptive statistic and at least 1 type of graphic presentation.

C- A discussion of your results.
D- A conclusion.

3. Complete the reflection questionnaire posted here.
50% of the assignment grade will be based on the Analysis and 50% on the Reflection.
