0 indicate what stage you are at in your thesis;

0 provide the name of your supervisor of doctoral studies if known;

0 provide an outline of your thesis proposal, including, for example, the research
question, context, objectives, methodology and potential contribution to the
advancement of knowledge; and

0 describe what you hope to accomplish during the award tenure and what will remain
to be done before you obtain your degree.

For the past several years, SSH RC has partnered with the Department of Canadian
Heritage through the Sport Participation Research Initiative to provide additional
support through doctoral and postdoctoral award supplements.

Note: One of the studies I am undertaking (Utility Function Modelling for Multiple-
Participant-Multiple Criteria Decision Problems as Games) is a joint initiative with
Professor Alexandre Leoneti at the Universidade de (University of) Sao Paulo in Brazil.
