Prostitution and the feminist view

Order Description

Are women involved in prostitution ‘victims’ requiring the protection of criminal law? Or, does the criminalization of prostitution related activities put women in
more danger? Discuss BOTH sides of the debate with reference to the course material. When developing your response, be sure to incorporate the various feminist
positions on prostitution into your analysis.

And the requirements are as follows:

be a minimum of five (5) and maximum of seven (7) double spaced pages, not including references. In text citations and the reference list must conform to the APA
(American Psychological Association) Material from the course plus 2-3 additional outside scholarlyresources (for ex., books, book chapters, or journal articles) are
required.
