Population Health – Gendering Perspectives

Cultural expectations of masculinity and femininity can have significant impacts
on the health of men and women. Discuss how cultural expectations of either
masculinity or femininity play a role in different health issues for either men or
women. Critically review the current health care approaches to these issues as well
as potential improvements that policy/programs could use to address these
effects. Provide references from the literature to support your proposed changes.
