Nancy consistently roasts beans that score higher than 90 points on Coffee Review ’s 100-point rating system in the last two years. In addition to domestic orders, Coffee Co. is receiving orders from Vancouver, Melbourne, Tokyo, Shanghai, and Taipei. In response to the customer’s demand for more flavours and finest quality, Coffee Co. explores farmers and cooperatives from a diverse list of countries, including Rwanda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, Panama, Bolivia, Brazil, and Papua New Guinea. It aims to source the best speciality green coffee beans. As the number of customers and suppliers is growing, managing the coffee production is becoming complicated. Marco Wilson, GM and founder of Coffee Co., would like to launch a project to improve the coffee production process. Department of sourcing & purchasing Steve Liu, is a project owner and sponsor.
