Should people who overdose repeatedly on opioids be given naloxone (Narcan) without any limits? Why or
why not?

Should people be incarcerated for possession of an opioid without intent to distribute? Why or why not?
Propose one solution to the opioid crisis. Discuss pros and cons to your proposed solution.
