Expression oh Heat shock proteins in adult soft tissue sarcoma of the extremities

The primary aim of the present study is to evaluate the expression of selected
l-lSPs (HSP27, HSP70, HSP90) in adult soft tissue sarcomas of the extremities by
using immunohistochemical (ll-lC) technique. I would like to include in the
discussion the following important points: 1) Relation between this study findings
and those described in the literature, 2) data relating to biology of sarcoma cell and
whole tumour behaviours. I attached following sections: aim/hypothesis, methods
and results.
