Discuss what the Mexican Mafia is, how it is structured, and why the California chapter utilizes a horizontal leadership. What are some ways that La Eme maintains its reputation as such an exclusive, elite, and ruthless organization? What is the difference between La Eme and the Sureños? What is the relationship between these organizations, why is this relationship important, and how does La Eme exert control over the Sureños?
