The data set is the central piece of this assignment, but along with it, I need:

A paragraph that describes the dataset you chose from the portal, along with a description of WHY you chose this dataset. Why is it of interest to you?
Take another paragraph to describe your dataset: how many observations does it have? What are some important variables that it contains? What type of variables are
they?Here’s the big one: looking at your dataset, and the variables it contains, what is a meaningful QUESTION that you can use the dataset to help you answer? Even if
you’re not exactly sure HOW to solve it, right away, think big, use your curiosity: pose an interesting, meaningful question that can help us “see” the data
better.Now, with your well-defined question, take a bold guess: HOW do you think we can try to find an answer, given your dataset? What variables can we look at? How
can we sort, graph, or organize any of the data? Again — don’t worry if you don’t know how to do it, just outline how you think you could proceed. Devote a paragraph
to how you might work to answer your data question.
If you followed this outline, you’ll see that you need to write at least three paragraphs based on your data. For this assignment, I will stipulate that your three
paragraphs must be between 250 and 500 words. And, most imporantly, you need to have a well-formed question. I should be able to easily identify your question when I
read through your work. Please make sure your writing is in a MS Word (or similar) document and uploaded to Blackboard in the link below. I do not need your data set;
but you should clearly name it so I could find it in the data portal myself, if needed.
Grading Criteria
Your work will be graded on:

Completeness. Did you pick a data set from the data portal? Did you describe the data carefully? Did you clearly identify a question you can address about the data?
Did you outline how you might approach that question?
Depth of analysis. Do you meaningfully describe why this data is of interest to you? Do you describe the data carefully? Do you offer a reflection on HOW to address
your data question?
Length. Did you write three paragraphs, and 250 to 500 words?
