Corporate Sustainability Assessment

Order Description

Using an organisation of your choice undertake a sustainability analysis of that organisation and propose strategies to change the organisation to an ideal or
strategic position. A sustainability analysis requires that you are familiar with (1) the Sustainability Change Matrix to analyze and critically evaluate that
organisation’s current response to sustainability issues, and (2) make the case for action as discussed in class.

The questions you are required to answer are:

How would you map the organisation using the matrix?
What are the drivers for sustainability change facing the organisation?
What change strategy and specific sustainability program/action(s) would you recommend to move the organisation to an ideal or strategic position?
How would the particular change strategy add value?
