Formal proposal for a new communication structure for an organization. At least 5 concepts need to be discussed that will make for the most successful communication with an organizational setting. Explain why these concepts are necessary for successful communication and how to best implement them within the organization.
Examples of concepts that can be used are active listening, organizational culture, conflict resolution, key principles or human communication, leadership strategies, formal and informal communication, etc…
Information for this paper should not be based on own opinions; they must be backed up with research. Along with explaining communication concepts and including the research, personal experiences may be used to explain research presented in the paper.
