For this module, you need to write a white paper providing the Singapore government
with expert advice on some aspect of biotechnology or some issue related to
biotechnology- For instance, you might write a paper about how genetic testing should
be regulated in Singapore, what policies should be implemented with regards to
personal genomics, whether and in what circumstance stem cell research should be
permitted, or whether GMOs should be labeled in Singapore. These are just examples;
you can choose a topic related to the class in any way (if you are uncertain, ask the
