Advantages and Disadvantages of the consultant proposal and what would he have done differently.

This is a case study aim to discuss a problem happened in work environment and the group is assigned to solve this problem. So the group selected the structure the
essay type of analyzing and the points that we are going to touch on. My request is to do the Advantages and Disadvantages of the Consultant Proposal (part 8). For
example, the solutions that the consultant proposed didn’t take the stress and the tension away and all the advantages and disadvantages of the whole points of the
proposal. Also, touch on what we would do differently part 7 (in the essay structure and the last question in the case study questions). For example, improve the
communication, go through the proper HR recruitment in hiring in the future, and other points can solve this problem and stop it from happening again. PS I want you to
start with part 8 first (analyzing the consultant proposal) and finish up with part 7 ( we he have done differently).
