do?
there are about 27 sport federations under QOC authority and we provide support to them in several aspect
for example: recruitment, payroll , educational training and employees affairs cervices (annual appraisal ,ticketing , causal leave …) all these services via HR
department but also the HR department provides these services for all other departments.

from Finance department the federations get financial support for their training camps , participating in competitions and other expenses.

from sports affair department the federations get technical support and follow up their progress.

the other departments provide services as well

2. Are they just involved in training
programs of athletes OR is there any innovation they are
into?
as I mentioned in the previous question we do not work in training program we provide cervices to the federations and support them

does he do?

it depends on the type of department the employees work with .. for example HR department employees receive requests either from departments or federations the
requests could be (recruitment, payroll , educational training and employees affairs cervices (annual appraisal ,ticketing , causal leave …) .. and there are some
steps and procedures the employees follow to make the work done.
