• Beyond that, you may optionally reference additional videos and/or
  the assigned reading.

Make an outline with all the points you think are important to include in this one
paragraph, 5-8 sentence summary.
Fill out the outline with examples to substantiate the points you are making.
Your paragraph should be clear, concise, and well structured.
Follow the Writing Instructions on paragraphs from Week 3.
Keeping in mind that this assignment is just one paragraph (rather than a
paragraph that is part of a longer essay), here are some further tips:

o The rule of one main idea per paragraph is already incorporated in the
assignment, as you are asked to focus on either the Second or the Third
Wave of feminism and nothing else. To follow this rule, please:

  main point (i.e. not just the topic of the paragraph, but the gist of it).
• Write the rest of the paragraph as connecting or contrasting points
  and sub-points, elaborations, and examples.

  into each other, and are not randomly arranged.
• Make sure your concluding sentence briefly synthesizes the main
  point of the paragraph.
