Dear Mr./Ms. _______________:

Good day. I am writing to submit my application for a 2-year scholarship in BS-Education for the 1st semester of school year 2023. Presently, I am a 4th year student enrolled in BS-Marketing at the University of Michigan.

My long-term career goal is to become elementary school teacher as I move my way up to being a college professor. As soon as I complete bachelor degree in Marketing, I intend to enroll in BS-Education. This way, I could easily get a teaching license which is part of the mandatory requirements for a teaching profession. After completing these two courses, I intend to teach business-related subjects such as marketing and management.

I am currently experiencing financial difficulties. To financially support my studies, I have taken a freelance work as a writer/researcher. However, my income is not enough to cover the entire tuition and accommodation fees. For this reason, I am requesting a student scholarship. This way, I could easily carry on with my long-term educational goal.
