Management is core in every field and life as a whole. The management skills are a determinant for the success of an organization or failure of the same. For someone who is transitioning from mere practice to management of clinics, a lot of adjustments will be necessary. One of the change of mindset will be open-mindedness. This is the initial step towards seeing a change that is positive. You will also be expected to own your weaknesses as a leader (Cohen, 2010). Having this quality is a great indicator of emotional intelligence which is a primary requirement for effective leadership. Leaders with great emotional intelligence stay calm in the face of pressure and have good conflict resolution techniques as well as being able to give an empathetic response to the workers. As a leader you will be expected to go after growth and ask for help where necessary. A change of mindset from a reactive to creative approach to issues is a great pointer to better leadership. An increase of self-awareness will enable you as a leader to embrace reality instead of fighting with uncertainty (Cohen, 2010). Lastly, as a leader, you need to give vision instead of issuing orders. Good leaders know perfectly well that orders are not motivating factors rather, inspiration is. Y0u will need to allow the team to set the objectives and as well establish the best way to go about it.

Medical Office Administrator
You’ll be in control of the day-to-day operations of a medical practice while also gaining an inside peek at what it’s like to work in the healthcare industry. Answering the phone, dealing accounts receivable, negotiating contracts, contacting insurance providers, and recruiting and managing employees are all common responsibilities you might expect to have.
Medical Executive Assistant
You may have the opportunity to work immediately with healthcare leaders and the C-suite as a professional administrative secretary. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on expertise in managing programs from conception to conclusion. It is a frequent duty for this job to write grant applications, which is a vital and underappreciated talent (Verma, 2021). Keeping people, cellphones, and machines in touch with one another is just part of the challenge.
Healthcare Human Resources Manager
Human resources managers have a lot in common with hospital administrators in terms of their responsibilities and skill set. In addition to recruiting, interviewing, and employing new personnel, human resources managers also serve as a liaison between the company’s upper management and the company’s workforce.
Health Informatics Officer
Medical records security is the responsibility of a health informatics officer. The expectation of the work is that the individual in the role will also identify better or more efficient methods to handle the enormous amount of records. Accessing and updating patient information is a major part of the work (Verma, 2021). Health information technologists that can analyze data will become more important to hospitals and healthcare professionals as electronic health records become more extensively utilized. In addition, technicians will have to keep up with ever-evolving software, security, and privacy standards.
Social and Community Service Manager
In order to organize social service activities and community organizations, these experts collaborate with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and members of the community. Helping those in a certain group, such as children or veterans, is a common desire (Verma, 2021). Typical job responsibilities include gathering statistics and presenting that data to higher-ups and other stakeholders so that the efficacy of a program can be shown.

I agree with this claim on the effectiveness of KP’s communication strategy. Kaiser Permanente has a chance to show off the progress it has made in improving existing services and developing new ones. Kaiser Permanente’s main practice is always being reimagined in the interest of patients in order to provide the best care possible at a fair cost. Additionally, Kaiser Permanente is studying the use of innovative technology in patient care in order to reduce wait times for patients and offer new exchange plans in every state it operates. Healthcare expenditures may be reduced by increasing internet services, online medical suggestions, and low-risk medical procedures performed at home. Consequently, it will have an impact on its aim to become the leading U.S. health care model and perhaps solve the healthcare issue. The future of health care, according to Kaiser Permanente, is bright. Connectivity, accessibility and ultimate secrecy are all part of this system. E-scheduling, e-visits, e-referrals, e-test findings, and encrypted communications should be available to patients. Customers have been avoiding dealing with financial institutions in person for many years now. There are a wide range of care-related duties that are suited for the same paths.

It is a fact that the United Health are doing their best to better communication in the firm. United Health’s Strategic Insights team had learnt a great deal about their customers, but they require assistance getting the message out in a manner that caught the attention of their colleagues (Fleming, 2019). When we partnered with UHC, we were able to establish an internal communications program that helped workers better comprehend and implement the research already done, helping them feel more involved with the clients they serve, the film and other materials were regularly sent to UHC workers through the firm’s internal network, thanks to our collaboration with the company.
