I’m studying for my Psychology class and need an explanation.

We make hundreds of decisions everyday. Some are important, whereas, others not so much. If we want to make great decisions, however, we must develop the awareness and skill set needed in order to make good sound conclusions on a regular basis. The main objective here is to make an attempt to increase your awareness for a particular decision you have to make, and work to learn what the best decision with the best outcome is.

When ready, complete the following steps:

1) Pick an assignment that’s due in the next two weeks (it doesn’t have to be this class).

2) Make a decision according to the following: a) What grade do I want? b) How much time do I need to receive that grade? c) How many days in advance should I get started? d) Am I willing to put in the time effort?

-There’s no word minimum here, but don’t short-change the process of answering each question sufficiently.

3) Develop a time-management plan. To do this, create a schedule that accounts for everything that’s on your plate. Include within this the study sessions that will lead toward you achieving the goal you set out for in Step 2.

-Make a table and include this in your submission.

4) As you go through each day, monitor how well you stick to your plan. Did you stick to the schedule? Are you making the progress you need to make to reach your goal? -For each day, spend time journaling about your progress and the quality of the decisions you made in order to reach your goal.

-Minimum of 100 words per day.

5) Once your assignment has been completed (or the due date has passed), reflect upon the quality of your ability to stick to the plan. Answer each of the following questions: How close did you keep to the plan? How would you grade your overall decision making each day? What were some obstacles? What would you different? What would you do the same? What are the overall takeaways?
