This week, you will prepare a pamphlet. As a social worker, assume you have been asked to address community leaders and members who are concerned about their needs being met. For this assignment, select a specific community need you would like to learn more about.

Based on this identified community need, design a mock organization to meet the needs of that community. Identify the mission of your agency, the services you plan to provide and the populations to be served. You can create any type of agency and be creative in your approach.

Support your assignment with at least three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including seminal articles, may be included.

Length: 2-3 pages, not including title and reference pages

Your assignment should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
