Develop management competency framework and describe that in an aging services
setting/ context. Student will consider and research the knowledge, skills and abilities to begin an effective
aging services manager. Students will develop this framework to include:
- Their own core competencies
- Detail and design principles of a competency framework
for example: how do you connect and involve the people who do the work in the organization?
How will you communicate to those who report you?
For example: Teamwork-how does/and what does team work Iook like in an aging services environment?
