Review the Youth Services Network (YSN) case, its background information, and its strategic plan. Discuss the following questions:
- What are the strengths and weaknesses of YSN’s strategic plan?
- Which of the models was most likely used to develop this plan? Would one of the other models have been more appropriate? Justify your opinion.
Note: I have attached the strategic planning materials plus the case. You are expected to make one initial post by Thursday and reply to the posting of at least two other students by Sunday.
- Each original response to the questions for the week must be at least 80 words long and specifically reference some concept or content reference in the coursework for the week.
