We can work on Essential sof Law for Health Professionals

NB:If an answer occurs in more than one place you may choose which to cite. Cite just one.

All answers must be supported by reference to sections of the CMT&PCA.

Do not reference my lecture note pages for this submission, even if you get the material for an answer from what I have cut and pasted.

Remember, in citing from the Act to support your answer you need to be precise (pin-point the reference). That may mean just citing a section, for example, (s12), or a section plus subsection (s12 (a)) or even down to a narrower point still, for example (s12 (b)(ii)).Using only sections means you shouldignore reference to Parts and Divisions entirely.

Since only one Act is relevant ignore the Act name in your citations (just give the section numbers).

Resist the temptation to cut-and-paste big slabs of text for your answer; if you do use text be very precise.

Keep these questions in view when you are working your way through the required sections of the Act.
