Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

You work in a supporting housing service for young women (aged 16-25) with mental health issues. Jaycee is a 16-year-old woman who is new to the shared household. During a meeting with Jaycee, she tells you that at birth she was identified as male, but as she grew up she realised that she was female. Her parents were unable to cope and so she left home at 14, and lived on the streets until she moved in to this service.
She has been buying illicit hormones to help her transition and prevent any masculine hair growth. Jaycee asks you to help her find a doctor who can prescribe her with legal hormones.
Answer the following five (5) questions.
