Can a person be considered successful if they do not aspire to be a leader, but want to be a successful follower? Defend your answer. What are the essential characteristics (as you see them) of an effective follower? As a leader, would you want someone who aspired to become a leader or someone who wanted to be a good follower work for you? Is your answer dependent upon the situation?
