You will research a group that you have little or no knowledge about and of which you

are not a member. he research will include the following topic: LBGTQ

1. Brief history of the ethnic/cultural group in America

2. Analyze the implications of the elements of oppression as they relate to the

identification of the etiology of problems with individuals, families, groups,

communities, and society.

3. Describe multiple impacts of privilege/oppression on the group across systems.

4. Discuss unknown contributions to society by the group and myths that you

discovered as the result of your research.
