Does the use of body cameras by law enforcement officers violate their constitutional rights?

Step 1 – Develop a concise research question from an ethical issue in criminal justice. Potential ethical issues to explore include, but are not limited to:
• Diversity in policing
• Charging juveniles as adults
• Deception in Police Interrogation
• Code of silence

Step 2 – Find five different sources of information:
1. a scholarly article, (more information on scholarly articles under resources)
2. an article from a trade journal, (more information on trade journals under resources)
3. an article from a mainstream news source (NY Times, Newsweek, Time, etc.),
4. a government website, (Bureau of Justice Statistics, FBI, etc)
5. a popular website (Huffpost, policeone, etc)

Step 3 – Complete an evaluation of each of these sources using the CRAAP test.
