Topic: US Gaap – Goodwill accounting

Order Description

Please provide an elaborated paper of all accounting rules of goodwill in US GAAP. This will involve impairment testing as well as business combinations. I have uploaded a table of contents and some draft narrative. Please keep the structure of the table of contents. ( I might have used the wrong wording for some items though) Only if really necessary, amend it. Please use the FASB Accounting Standards Codification when refering to standards. I dont need an objective for the thesis
