1a. Connect the framework of diversity (in terms of historical (exclusive) and more contemporary (inclusive) viewpoints) so one can best understand the role of
diversity to improve the functioning of organizations (ie., org psychology). Please address two (2) of the following: job description, hiring and promotion practices,
mission statement, a company’s web site – its imagery and stories, etc. 30 points

OR

1b. Connect the framework of diversity to how one can best understand the role of diversity to improve the functioning of all things related to gero-psychology. Please
address two (2) of the following: elder law, ageism, dementia, healthcare, caregivers, employment trends for elder care, etc. 30 points
2. Identify an organization’s diversity report (do not use Apple or Google (Alphabet)). Provide the website link. What is the quick take away or snapshot of the
organization’s diversity report on historical terms and contemporary views? How well does this company or organization match with your definition or description of
diversity? Explain. 30 points
3. Support or refute the argument (with evidence) that diversity improves an organization’s effectiveness to complete its mission. 20 points”
