Total Quality Management (TQM) can be described to be a management
philosophy embracing all activities, through which the needs and expectations
of the customer and the objectives, of the organisation are satisfied in the most
effective and efficient way. TQM is a holistic approach where all members of an
organization participate in improving processes, products, services, and the
