Hello

There are a few details I would like you to be aware of before you begin writing the assignment.

Firstly, please refer to the Assignment Outline document. There is alot of information in there that is CRITICAL about the specific elements of the assignment. For example, the number of words can not be more than 1000 otherwise a penalty of 10% will be deducted from the final mark.

The referencing is flexible. If you feel as if 10 reference is too much, that is fine. Alternatively if you need to use more, please do so.

Referencing style is to be the Australian Guide to Legal Citation.

I will send to you the Assignment Guide (2 pages), the Unit Guide as well as a powerpoint presentation that outlines important information regarding Primary and Secondary legal materials.
