• My study was intended and completed based on ethics ……..perceptions by government employees

• Based on my approved research tool, findings, results, and conclusion. I will need my introduction chapter and literature review chapter to reflect that……….see appendix for my interview questions

• My research questions and problem statement will probably have to be changed or tweaked based on my Chair’s comments

• Paper written APA…….the structure is already set

• Sources have to 5 years current

“Are you asking what ethical school of thought federal employees perceive is being employed in government agencies?”
Then you have to make the case for doing this study. This includes:
Discussing ethical schools of thought,
Identifying which ethical schools of thought are employed in industry and government,
Summarizing, assessing, critiquing related studies in this field.
Discussing why it is relevant or important to seek answers to the “schools of thought” question within a government agency
So far I don’t see this in your paper and this would need to be in place in order to justify the study. What you have so far is very general and does not set the stage for the study that would answer “question #3” if this is what you are actually intending to study.

When you say “perceive the ethics”:
1. Are you asking if federal employees perceive that employees are behaving in an ethical manner?
2. Are you asking if federal employees perceive if ethical standards are being promoted and upheld?
3. Are you asking what ethical school of thought federal employees perceive is being employed in government agencies?
