You are required to produce an essay of key designers of the 20th and 21st century, which examines the fashion designers career and how throughout their career they have influenced trends within their catwalk collection and the high street retail market.
The assignment should focus on those two designers: Christian Dior and Tom Ford

The following factors should be considered throughout the examination of influences the designers had upon the industry.
Links should be identified between social, cultural, Political and economic factors of the time which either excelled or retarded the trends.
