this dissertation will discuss the current system of lifting the corporate veil in the whole world, especially in UK. and then discuss the advantage and disadvantage in the current regime especially the disadvantage(use classic cases especially latest case to proof the point), then come up with a new system and discuss why it is better than the system nowadays.
I think the most important is to find a lot of cases and journals, even the latest news, to explain the viewpoint.

And if you can come up with a better way to discuss and explain your point of view, that will be ok.

the dissertation needs a 250 words abstract and the abstract should set out the key argument and how it is addressed in the dissertation.
