You are required to prepare a 1500 word critical evaluation of the following journal article:
Sippola, A. and Smale, A. (2007) The global integration of diversity management: a longitudinal case study. The International Journal of Human Resource Management, 18(11), 1895-1916, http://dx.doi.org/10.1080/09585190701638101.
Also, you have to include 500 words of a personal reflection about your experience working in a multicultural group.
The submission deadline for the report (1500 words + 500 words personal reflection = 2000 words) is at 11:00 am, Tuesday 22nd March 2016.
Students are required to hand in one hard copy of their report in the lecture and the report should also be submitted electronically via Study Net.
Your report should comprise of four main sections:

3. An assessment of the wider implications of the article for individuals involved in cross-cultural management
4. 500 words personal reflection about your experience working in a multicultural group based on your Learning Journal.
This is an academic piece of writing, but – particularly in your discussion of the implications of the article for managing across cultures – you should also draw upon the material in your Learning Journal to discuss whether the article is consistent with your experiences.

1-you will need to compare the article with other similar articles as well
2-the referencing is one of the most important bits so you must back it up with academic similar references
3-don’t forget to mention the advantages and disadvantages not because it says critique so you only mention the disadvantges, you will have to mention everything
