“The anatomy of a court case “: consists of the following:

(a) The facts in the case;
(b) Amendments, Articles, Acts, Statutes and other laws used in the case;
(c) Individuals or groups involved in the case;
(d) The ruling in the case;
(e) The Significance of the case;
(f) Was the case Civil Liberties, Civil Rights, or a Constitutional Question case.

Paper Rules
(a) Electronically submitted;
(b) Between 500 to 800 words (more is better)
(c) Follows as a five paragraph essay format (i.e. intro paragraph, at least three supporting paragraphs and conclusion).
(d) At least two formal citations from a credible or peer journalistic source or book (with multiple citations within the paper itself) and a work cited page.
