produce a professionally written report based either around one or two organisation(s) for which you are familiar (through negotiation) or have an interest. The report’s content will relate to strategic human resource management and the content covered in the first phase of the module (see sections entitled Timetable and Style of teaching for more information). This assignment brief will be given to you in advance and will be available on Minerva. It is also recommended that you discuss your organisational example(s) with your tutor to ensure that it is appropriate.

Guidelines

The word length is maximum 2,000 words (+/- 10%), above 2,200 words will not be marked. Words within a table, generated by you, are included in the word count.
Your report should be professionally presented.
You must use the Harvard referencing system.
