submit a strategic plan (formal report format) to evaluate the extent to which your business ‘Organic spa and salon’ has the potential to become a sustainable/growth business (by giving consideration to the growth models discussed in class i.e. Burns, Greiner, Klofsten; growth through merging, acquisitions, joint ventures etc).
In addition, you need to produce a 5 year growth plan for the business and to do this you need to choose a main theme for growth (growth through people/financial growth/merger/acquisition) plus two of the growth models (such as Burns, Klofsten, Grenier, Churchill and Lewis).
