Some examples of health campaigns include brochures, mini-posters, PSAs (Public Service Announcements), or other forms of communication distributed by social media. The purpose of health campaigns is not only to communicate information but also to promote changes to individual health priorities. For this Assignment, you examine the factors and considerations involved in developing a health campaign related to one of the sexually transmitted infections (STIs) or human immunodeficiency virus infection/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) for a specific country. As you examine the factors and considerations, you create a slogan or health message for a health campaign. You may also want to research other popular health campaigns for ideas and tips. Note: Although you are not developing an entire health campaign, you will reflect on the factors and considerations that help to inform the creation of a slogan or health message for a health campaign.

The Assignment (3 pages): Create a slogan or health message you might use in the development of a health campaign for STI/HIV/AIDS. Explain why. Describe the communication channels you might use in a health campaign, and explain why. Be sure to include potential barriers you might face when promoting a health campaign.
