Let’s pretend that Money magazine prints a questionnaire in a recent issue mailed to subscribers. One of the questions asked is “What do you think about most – money or sex?” Can the findings from this study be considered to represent the thinking of most American adults? If you wanted to investigate that question, what would be a better way to do it? Would you expect the findings from the Money magazine survey to be different from findings from the same questionnaire in an issue of Playboy?
