Go to a small service facility – restaurant, barbershop, bar, etc, etc. Study the service process and the service environment and develop a service blueprint for the service facility.

On the service blueprint, indicate:
a. The time duration for each service step.
b. Where something can go wrong and what can go wrong there.
c. The line of visibility and the front office and the back office.
