Safety Board. One involves a titanium dust explosion. The second involves an anhydrous ammonia release. On the web
pages linked below, you will find a number of links, including video and actual investigation reports. Kudos to the
Chemical Safety Board for the good work they do! These are very interesting incidents, and there is a lot that can be learn
from them. While reviewing the cases, please take some time to appreciate the nuances between the two investigations
and the hazardous substances involved.
