3. Overview of the Assignment

This assignment takes the form of an electronic portfolio comprising of the following elements:
(1) A reflective account of your MBA journey of approx.2500 words.
The work needs to be presented as a discussion paper and critically reflect upon your personal and professional development gained from the units you have studied, the induction and PPD events, as well as from other extra-curriculum activities you have undertaken whilst studying on the course. You are expected to discuss your individual achievements against the Intended Learning Outcomes for this unit, identify aspects of excellence and any areas for further development, and critically assess the key factors influencing your learning. Your work should also feature analysis of your personal development objectives and expectations at the start of the course, as well as of how these have evolved and changed through your course journey (see items 2 and 3 below). The reflective account should show evidence of engaging with reflective writing, and should also draw on appropriate theory and literature (academic and business).
